Documents Required for Company Establishment in Turkey

  1. Company Establishment Petition
  2. Chamber Registration Declaration
  3. Establishment Notification Form
  4. Notarized Turkish translations of the passports of foreign national real person partners.
  5. Document showing the tax identification numbers obtained from the tax office for foreign national real person partners or identity numbers specific to foreigners, in addition, if residing in Turkey, notarized residence permit is required.
  6. Signature Declaration of the Authorized Person(s)
  7. Receipt indicating that the portion of the Competition Authority fee has been deposited at the chamber’s cashier..
  8. Bank guarantee letter showing that the amount specified by the relevant law and legislation as the company’s capital has been deposited into the company’s bank account.
  9. In case of in-kind capital contribution, the court decision for the appointment of an expert, the expert report, and the court decision approving the report should be provided, along with a document from the relevant registry indicating that there are no restrictions on the contributed in-kind capital.
  10. For companies requiring permission or a favorable opinion from the Ministry or other official institutions for establishment, the corresponding permission or favorable opinion letter is necessary..
  11. Board members who are not shareholders should provide a statement of acceptance of duties, indicating that they accept this task..
  12. In case a legal entity is elected to the board of directors, the notarized copy of the decision of the authorized organ of the legal entity, including the information of the real person who will act on behalf of the legal entity and is determined by the legal entity elected as a member of the board of directors.
  13. If the board member/partner is a foreign national legal entity, a document containing the current registry records of the legal entity should be provided..
